By accessing and using the Wardian platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

• These terms apply to all users of the platform
• Wardian reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Changes take effect upon publication on this page
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms

2. Description of Services

Wardian provides a sovereign AI platform that allows businesses to centralize, connect, and leverage their internal data securely.

• AI agent connected to your internal tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
• End-to-end encryption of all data
• Sovereign hosting on European infrastructure
• GDPR-compliant data processing

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• An account cannot be shared between multiple individuals
• Wardian may suspend or delete an account in case of terms violation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Intentionally overload the service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Your data belongs to you. Wardian claims no ownership rights over the data you process through our platform.

• You retain all rights to your data and content
• The Wardian brand, logo, and site design are our property
• AI models used remain the property of their respective providers
• No customer data is used to train models

6. Limitation of Liability

Wardian strives to provide a reliable and secure service but cannot guarantee permanent availability.

• The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Wardian is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
• Scheduled maintenance interruptions are excluded from any availability guarantee

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Wardian may also terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

• You can delete your account from the settings
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days after termination
• Encrypted data is purged from our servers per our retention policy
• Wardian may terminate an account with 30 days notice in case of service discontinuation

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
